1. What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 12 months. We also offer short-term rentals for stays of up to 6 months, subject to availability.
2. Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.
3. Can I view the apartment before making a rental decision?
Absolutely! We encourage potential tenants to schedule a viewing. In-person viewings can be arranged at your convenience. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
4. Are utilities included in the rental price?
Yes, utilities (water, gas, and electricity) are included in the rent based on average consumption. Building maintenance costs are also included. Internet connection is the tenant's responsibility.
5. Are the apartments move-in ready?
Yes, all our apartments are move-in ready with complete furnishings, kitchen equipment, and essential amenities.
6. How secure is the building?
The building has a coded entry system and an intercom for visitor access.
